Dr. Sudhindra Dharmavaram is a highly skilled anesthesiologist with advanced training in pain management. He completed his Fellowship in Pain Medicine (FFPMRCA) at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, UK, under the Royal College of Anaesthetists from May 2017.
He earned his MD in Anesthesiology from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi University, from June 2009 to May 2012, and his MBBS from Bangalore Medical College, under RGUHS, from October 2002 to April 2008.
EXPERIENCE IN PAIN MEDICINE
• In depth knowledge in core topics like clinical pharmacotherapy including opioids,
physical treatment modalities, interventional pain medicine techniques, psychological
therapies in pain medicine, complementary and alternative medicine and
multidisciplinary treatment principles in pain management programs.
• Identifying the patient’s issues, concerns, beliefs, expectations and goals with respect to
their pain experience
• Expertise in synthesizing management plans based on evidence and tailored to an
individual patient
• Ability to liaise with colleagues and other allied healthcare professionals like
neurologists, neurosurgeons, rheumatologists, orthopedicians, oncologists,
psychologist/psychiatrist and physiotherapists to optimize patient outcome
• Experience in interventional skills in lumbar Spine Procedures, Cervical Spine
procedures Head And neck procedures, musculoskeletal procedures and interventions
for Cancer Pain
